"security deposit not yet refund at 10.20pm"

Pool

Not so clean, one toilet not functioning so well, until 10.30pm now still security deposit has not been refunded. Contacted the owner, she siad driving. After one hour still no news. Hope will get the refund soon.

"A centrally located apartment to main Melaka attraction"

Close proximity, walking distance to shopping malls, jonker walk, lots of restaurants and tourist attraction, museum, easy parking, easy access, etc.

Apartment furniture and fittings are old and worn out, but for RM238 a nite and can fit up to 7 pax with extra mattress, good aircond, washing machine, clean rooms, it is acceptable and value for money.
