Win Hotel Đà Lạt

The location, close to restaurants. Our room had a lake view which was nice and was spacious. Balcony with chairs to enjoy lake at morning and night.

Bathroom towels need to be replaced. Bathroom was cleaned but rest of room floors need cleaning very day and coffee station surfaces need cleaning every day

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower is strong and hot, although it takes a long time to heat up. The staff were lovely. The room was cleaned every day unless we declined. The Win is in a very good location for lots of places to eat and drink and it's a short walk down to the lake.

All hotels should now be doing a drinking water refill station instead of lots of plastic bottles. I say this in every review. There is a balcony but it's not really one you can use or sit on. Quite slim. However, it has a nice outlook onto the street so this is a small negative. A bath mat in the bathroom would help with slipping.

Location was very convenient, and all the features and functions of the room worked well.

A bit noisy outside, but that’s just Vietnam.

Beautiful hotel that had everything I needed. Very clean & comfortable. Good hot water, elevator, coffee, tea & kettle in room. Short walk down to lake but a killer to walk back up. Mien Tay restaurant across the street serves delicious coffee & yummy pho at good prices. Another restaurant just down the hill for hotpots. Again good prices. Small balcony overlooking the street to watch all the activities in the morning, with motorcycle vendors selling fresh fruits & veggies as well as the famous Vietnamese sandwiches in fresh French inspired bread. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking a fabulous tour for me as well as my bus to Ho Chi Minh. I loved DaLat & would recommend this hotel when you visit.
