Lovely clean room and very comfortable. Great to have a balcony too! Decent location and a lot of brilliant places were walkable. Do go to the maze bar nearby, it's brilliant and would be family friendly in the day/early evening.

Great location, excellent view of the lake. We were kindly upgraded by the hotel to a lake view room. Only stayed one night, no breakfast available but not a problem for us and plenty of cafes / street vendors around. Well located for central Da Lat, night market, lake etc.

No air conditioning in the room, not a massive issue as the temperature was ok but on a really hot day it would be uncomfortable at night.

Architecture, size of the room, design

No heater, towels were rough and no bath mat- slippery

1. The staff were friendly and accommodating 2. The room was a good size and 3 of us fit in comfortably 3. The location was beautiful conveniently situated close to the lake

The water in the room took a long time to heat up. Even at it's hottest it was lukewarm at best.

Great location near central market. Our room had a wonderful view of the lake. Big comfy king size bed. Kind staff.

Breakfast would have been handy however we worked it out at cafe nearby. Could have had a shower mat to keep floor dry after shower .
