Newly renovated studio 2 min from Playa La Arena

Très beau logement, décoré avec goût. Un emplacement parfait, proche de la mer.

Il fait vite très chaud dans l'appartement, heureusement qu'il y a une clim. Toutefois, la lumière de commun entre directement dans la pièce ce qui est gênant la nuit ... ainsi que l'isolation de la porte d'entrée.

Very nice hosts, great accommodation with all accessories necessary for the stay 😁 Salt, paper, washer, washing machine with detergent 😁... All was so good that we want to come back one day in the future Thanks Anna...

La ubicación es perfecta, a pie de playa, cerca de restaurantes, heladería, supermercado, también la facilidad de aparcar gracias al parking privado de la comunidad. Es un estudio pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario, reformado y muy acogedor.

Solo dos cositas a mejorar, las almohadas, porque son muy pequeñas y no se descansa bien y creo necesario un extractor de aire en la cocina.

Location. It is walking distance from Playa de la Arena Beach which has black volcanic sand and volcanic stones on the beach a must see. There is private safe parking on site behind and electric gate. Must have because there is no other parking spaces on the Beach. The Apartment was renovated 2 years ago but looks like brand new. Fully equipped like a home. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, cookware, salt, pepper, oils, washing machine, detergent, clothes dryer amazing.

Everything was good.

We had an amazing time during our stay, apartment is located really close to a good beach Playa La Arena and a supermarket, with parking and a bus stop in front of the building, as well as everything you might need during your stay, all furniture is new and place is very clean, it was nice to stay here and enjoy sunsets from the terrace
