To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Appi-Kogen Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Lapind’or French Restaurant has a dress code. T-shirts, jeans, sandals and slippers are prohibited. Modification on the number of guests must be made at least 2 days prior to the date of arrival. Please note that the property cannot accommodate any modifications after arrival. Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. Children aged 0–3 years can stay free of charge. Child beds are available upon request for an additional charge of JPY 6700 per bed, per night. All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least one day prior to arrival. Children aged 4–6 years incur an additional charge of 30% of the child's accommodations fee per adult when using the existing beds. Children aged 4–6 years incur an additional charge of 70% of the child's accommodations fee per adult when using extra beds. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.

1980年代から利用させてもらっていますが、変わらず素晴らしいスキー場でした。 特に鉄板焼の食事もとても美味しく、楽しい会話もできて嬉しかったです。 家族みんな喜んでました。

宿泊者だけが使えるロッカーを利用させてもらいました。カードキーと紙の証明書を渡されたいのですがこの紙がないと預かり金が返金できないとのこと。スキーで手荷物が多い中、カードだけではなく紙の証明書を忘れてしまったので返金されませんでした。 カードキーは間違えなく返却できたのですが、「紙の証明書がないと返金しない」との一点張りでした。 こういった顧客のミスで売上につながる、ダークサイドマーケティングはわかりますが、ここまでしなくてもいいのでは？ ホテルの人に聞いてみたら紙を忘れる人は多く、返金に至らない人は多いそうです。 せっかく楽しい家族スキーを楽しめたのですが、最後の紙がないことでの返金ができなかったことがとても残念な思い出になりました。 次回、利用される方はこういったマーケティングの「罠」にハマらないように気をつけていただければと思います。 またこういった「罠」のないサービスに変更していただけることを願っています。

"子供の頃からの憧れのホテルに泊まれた。"

ゲレンデ直結のホテル。

露天風呂が改修中だった事。 高層階を取ったが駐車場側であった為なんのために高い金出したかわからなかった。ちゃんと大事な所なので明示しておくべき。IHGから予約すべきだった、 (これはbooking.com側へのクレーム。)
