Urban Retreat 1BR with Free Park

I arrived and no instructions had been received. I called and an agent said the unit I reserved had a failed AC unit and since would not be comfortable would I consider a different unit. I agreed to check it out, I accidently went to the door across the hall from my original unit I had reserved and there was at least a very upsed dog and a woman trying to quiet it in the unit i had reserved on 5/15/26 Conf# 5995416970, and prepaid $201.15 on 5/24/26 via Apple Pay which was confirmed received that day. I was lied to via the agent likely because the agent was lied to. The Unit C offered to move me to was less than 1/2 the size and very cramped. In fact, I took a chuck out of my lower leg trying to squeeze past the bed. I declined this Unit and asked for a refund. The agent came back and asked if I would try a different property quite a distance which I drove to and found someone apparently trying to steal a car across the street with all the apartments and homes heavily secured behind iron fences and gates. I found this to be questionalble as far as a safe neighborhood and declined. I asked for a refund. No responses other than emails asking how my stay was which I found irritating instead of confirming a refund.

I canceled and booked another property.

The smell and some structure issues
