It was in walking distance from the beach

The showers were weird at first it was only all hot water and then the water wouldn’t get hot at all

We had a great stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our group very well. One thing we really appreciated was the privacy—we felt comfortable throughout our stay while still knowing help was available whenever we needed it. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and always willing to answer any questions, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was excellent and within walking distance to restaurants, food spots, nightlife, and Condado Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing transportation. Overall, it was a beautiful place, well-maintained, conveniently located, and exactly what we needed for our trip.

Location was great. the bedrooms were decent. master bath updated and comfortable. Secure building,

The couches had spots and didn't look clean. So were the dining chairs. the refrigerator made a loud noise, Had to reclean some areas,

Awesome location. A few blocks from beach!

Some minor upgrades to property. Which some construction was being done.

We had three travelers that had respiratory and cardiac medical concerns and the unit was on the third floor with si flights of stairs. There was no elevator to accomodate us. Therefore, we could not stay there and the owner PR Rentals was not able to accomodate us with another unit d/t not having any ADA accessible unit available. We are requesting a refund except for the 1st night we had to stay there .

I liked that the accommodations were plenty for my family and I. I like that everything was in close proximity to food, fun and the beach.

I thought the hotel staff member was a bit overbearing at times. He re-emphasized the no smoking rule when no-one smoked in the apartment at all. I didn't like how voices traveled throughout the premises from top to bottom. That coincided with another rule to keep it quite, no music and so forth. Those were challenges to meet with a family of 6 adults a teenager, a baby and a 12 yro. We did our best with the mountain of rules. I also expected a stove, to no avail. We had a two burner hot plate.
