Condado Apartment 3BR Walk to Beach Wi-Fi

Was great. Easy access in and out of the building. Literally 1 min walk from everything in condados. Will be coming back for next year.

The beds were comfortable and the place was decently clean. It was a good location.

It was worn down and disappointing. Chips in cabinets and floor. Old toaster oven, microwave and two burners so not a very functional kitchen. Refrigerator door was hard to keep closed. There were no lamps or end tables in the living room so it was dark. The third bathroom was ridiculously small. Could not sit down on toilet and shower was tiny. Water temperature fluctuates.

The unit was very spacious and the location was very good. Customer service was also great. We had one minor issue and it was addressed immediately.

The only thing we didn’t like was that one of the rooms lacked shelves or closet space

The location was good. Just blocks from the ocean. That's the only redeeming quality

Parking is $30/day/car (which isn't mentioned here). The door to the apartment didn’t lock. There was black mold throughout the apartment. The AC stopped working our second night. The downstairs neighbors threw a party the second night and kept us up all night. There is exposed wiring and pipes throughout the apartment. The photos for this listing are not representative of the actual property. We ended up leaving a day early due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the apartment. We tried to get a refund for the last day of parking. The on-site employee told us they couldn't give a cash refund (even though we were forced to pay for parking in cash), but told us to contact the management group for a refund via credit card. Of course when we did this, they told us that no one spoke to the employee for a refund and accused us of lying The management group that manages this apartment sent us a message after we left telling us they’d give us a 5* review if we give them a 5* review. They are buying 5 star reviews to make this place appear better than it actually is. The management group is shady and will likely respond to this review claiming I am making this up

The location was perfect as the group of us ladies were able to find food/drinks/entertainment without any hassle.

The side door would not lock, which was a major safety concern even though there was a code to get in/out of the building.

Conveniently located 5 min from the beach. Shopping areas. Food places. Casinos. Great location to walk to all the place food fun shopping and drinks. 4 bedrooms. 2 Baths with showers and one with bathtub. One room with queen bed and windows surrounding the room but no closet space. Other two rooms had 2 Fulls size beds and closet space. Master bedroom queen bed closet space safe and its own bathroom. Hot water readily available. Towels available. Master bathroom had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Kitchens equipped with refrigerator freezer sink portable dual burner microwave toaster oven and coffee maker No wash or dryer. We rented a passenger van to accommodate our entire family to be able to travel all together. To places not conveniently located. However this property was not far from other tourist attractions. Parking is available at the property for $30 cash per day. It’s right under the property apartment complex so our van was covered.

Bathroom in the master suite could have enclosed on the top for a little more privacy
