The free shuttle to and from the airport

Creepy worn out feeling to the”suite” the couch was unsitable. Stains on the blanket on the other twin bed in the room. Bed in main bedroom could not have been harder. And blankets and top quilts were stained and dingy

The cleanliness and airport shuttle are the only positives about GK Airport Suites.

Horrible communication. It's a commercial building with some suites turned into guest quarters. Hardly any furnishings. No amenities as was advertised, only a few small packets of shampoo/body wash combo. Stark, empty feeling. Outlets misplaced (none near mirrors to plug in hair dryer). Bed only about a foot off the floor, thin hard mattress, thin towels, industrial fluorescent ceiling lighting, noisy from within the building including water running through the pipes, shower stall was in the makeshift kitchenette.

"Convenient location close to the airport"

This place is super close to the airport which is why we booked it and it served its purpose really well. There are some shops nearby which made things easier for us to grab food and some other essentials on our quick stop before flight. Their shuttle bus arrived very timely and the host was quick to respond throughout our stay which we really appreciated.

"Bad shuttle service"

We appreciated the comfortable suite.

The shuttle people were disorganized and rude. The woman on the phone might say we didn't understand where we were supposed to meet them, but that is no excuse for their rudeness. And they texted us the wrong time for pickup! We waited an hour and followed their directions but a shuttle never arrived, and when it came the next day to bring us back to the airport, we chose to refuse it and take a cab.
