The receptionist that was working late at night on Saturday bevor Easter

We booked 1 day before arrival. Our floght was next morning at 9.00 and they told us to take the shuttle at 7.00. Because we wanted to be 2 hours before the flight in the airport we told we would like to leave earlier but the earlier shuttle was already full. That can happen BUT i told that i would like to cancel my booking then and they didn't accept that cause they said it was non refundable. I asked the first receptionist to show me if there is a text in their homepage where the shuttle bus transfer is upon availability and not guaranteed...no answer. Most furious part was the first receptionist trying to convince me that being 1,5 hour earlier in the airport its ok.

The instructions I was sent were accurate with the exception of where to locate the WiFi password. It was on a paper on the wall, not on the stand. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the heater and hot water worked well. The key process was easy.

The location was farther from the airport than I had expected.

מיקום לא רע קצת רחוק משדה"ת 15 דקות נסיעה ולא 5 מיקום שקט ומבודד אך לא ברור כיצד ניתן להזמין אוכל. במרחק הליכה יש מסעדת בשרים ומכולת. יש מכונת קפה וקפסולות אבל אין כוסות שתייה סה"כ באנו רק לישון אחרי טיסה מUSA לטיסת המשך.

חוסר יכולת לתקשר שלא דרך חשבון המזמין. אנו משפחה והחדרים היו בשני בניינים נפרדים. זמינות השאטלים , לא זמין 24 שעות יצאנו לפנות בוקר כאשר ביקשנו מהמלון לדאוג לנו להסעה לשדה והוזמנה לנו מונית ל8 איש ובסוף קיבלנו 2 מוניות כך ששילמנו כפול עבור הנסיעה. אין פרטיות, נכנסים ישר לתוך חדר השינה.

Les anciens bureaux aménage en hôtel. Bof, l’agencement bizarre, pas commode et pratique, pas finalisé a mon avis dans les détails. Cuisine à côté de la douche. Le lit sur le passage. Pas de prises du côté du lit pour charger des téléphones ni pour brancher la lampe de chevet, qui était posé la juste pour je déco je suppose. Pas de lumière agence, juste la lumière générale, donc extension des feux et pas pratique quand vous êtes deux.
