"A good place for an overnight stay if flying"

There is a mini market and food outlets close to the property. The airport shuttle is great if you are flying during the hours it's operating (it doesn't operate from about 10am - 3pm). The balcony gets lots of sun.

"Good for a night stay between flights"

Close to airport. Free shuttle from and to airport. Good for than overnight connecting flight. Good email explaining by the host (make sure you have wifi before arriving at the place - email is the main communication)

Basic could do better on cleanliness (floor, eating table, cigarette buds in the terrace). No knifes for cutlery.
