Cebu Westown Lagoon - South Wing

The balcony was good, the bed is very big and very comfortable and the staff are very approachable.

No enough parking space especially at night.

The pool was okay. Our daughter enjoyed it. But Do not stay at this Hotel.

The SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Our bed sheet and towel has blood stains, the aircon was not cold enough, asked the front desk for room transfer around 11pm and they offered room transfer around 1:30AM what a horrible service from this hotel. The hotel staffs needs more training they don’t know how to handle guests well.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant below had great food at a reasonable price. The outdoor swimming pool area was huge and featured beautiful colored lighting at night. I thought this hotel had been understated, and it exceeded my expectations.

Staff were friendly, room was good. Location ok. Food in restaurant good. One thing ordered was amazing. Beef philipino dish with veges in a nice sauce. 😄 Except same breakfast.

Same hotel in Coron had better facilities. Massage, aranging tours, hotel transfer, organising tuk tuks. Better pool and stuff. Better feel to it etc. Same breakfast apart from changing meat. Got bit boring.

I like the pools. They are clean and plenty of room to swim with others. The room is spacious and aircon is cold. There are plenty of food choices and drinks to choose from. Good value for the amenities inside the room.

This branch looks more tired compared to their Westown Coron Branch. Better service at Coron. Cebu Westown needs to be renovated and some areas repaired especially inside their restaurant and the Southwing area needs upkeep. Pretty dusty when walking around the pool, and has a few broken tiles.It was a bit dusty walking inside the room as well. I always had to ask for them to replenish the daily water bottle and coffee. They also need to update their BDO's POS to the newer one. Too many connection errors while trying to pay.
