The place was wonderful and ideal for family vacations. The staff was courteous and supportive. My kids loved the water park and they enjoyed it. Without a doubt, I'll return and tell my friends about it.

We're not delighted with the food, though; the "Beef Tapa" was tough and chewy. But overall, it was a terrific experience.

THEIR BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD. With very dry sisig , dry corned beef also their tocino. They should provide buffet to compensate what we paid for. Room is quite expensive with only 4-5 options of breakfast. To add the orange juice was made with powdered orange flavor with few slices of oranges, ( at least they added REAL orange fruit but still its obvious that its made from powder) The room , well it is spacious especially the one with pool access. This room is beside the pool so expect your guests to swim, and made the floor inside to be wet. At least give more floor towels or rags to keep the floor dry, ( if kabalo pako, ay pay nagdala ko ug daghang trapo🙄) TO MENTION MY 4 YEAR OLD CHILD SLIPPED ON THE WET FLOOR WHILE WALKING AND FELL DOWN BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS PROVIDING ONLY ONE SMALL FLOOR TOWEL ON EACH ROOMS NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE THE FLOOR DRY. GOOD THING NO INJURY. LASTLY , IF YOU ASKED THEM TO DELIVER YOUR FOOD INSIDE THE ROOM A CHARGE OF 88.00 PESOS PER DELIVERY (wtf🙄) as if the distance from rooms to resto is very far) Anyway, Better to STAY the hotel with a " DAY USE " access if you have celebrations rather than to book a room inside.

Staff disinterested, took every opportunity to get more money. Booking for a family of four, breakfast included and yet only adults are included for breakfast Use of Pool side tables comes with a fee, even as a guest of the hotel. My son cut both of his feet in the children’s pool, staff were notified immediately and were not interested in the issue, I asked to speak to a supervisor and could not be put in contact with anyone.
