• Southwing area is exclusive for southwing checked-in guest only. Day use waterpark guests are not allowed. • Maximum of 2 excess people allowed per room with charge upon check-in or arrival not including the bed and breakfast. • Visitors are only allowed to stay for 20 minutes and required to surrender 1 valid ID each upon entering the facility. In excess to the allowable time, corresponding charges will apply. • All our rooms are nonsmoking rooms. Smoking inside the room will be charge 1,000 pesos. • 1,000 pesos incidental cash deposit each room is required upon check-in, to be refunded upon check-out if there’s no damage in the room. • Kids 1 year and above are included in the head count per room. • Free breakfast is plated and only good for 2. • Restaurant service charge is applied for every room service. • Kids below 4ft. are prohibited to use the waterpark adult pool. • Bringing of outside foods and drinks are allowed but we have a corkage fee for Lechon baboy, lechon belly, alcoholic beverages and ice cream cart. • Bringing of Pets, Cooking devices, speakers, sea shells, crabs and shrimps are prohibited.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
