Room in new flat

bedsheet was soiled and looks so untidy and heat wasn’t working and i was so cold.

Room was really big and comfortable

Everything was great

Level of cleanliness and availability of facilities (kitchen, fridge etc). The host was very proactive and welcoming.

Internet speed extremely good

Opposite 24hr garage on a main road did get a little noisy at night

Not much. I was very disappointed, not what I expected.

As above. I didn't like it at all. It think it is suitable for men only. No privacy at bathroom window, I had tobe creative and hook a bath towel at the shower room window to avoid exposure from any onlookers outside/opposite building. There was no net curtains at bedroom window. This meant I was unable to rest by moonlight, nor get dressed in the morning when the heavy curtains were open as this led to clear exposure from the main road, opposite houses and passing traffic and pedestrians. Not ideal for me. Very unsettled and disappointed. I did not feel safe.

The facility was near of the town and easy access

The bed covers and pillows was dirty on other way wasn’t clean.
