Pete was very quick to respond to communication and very helpful. Helped me sort parking (on street and free). Excellent facilities with pleasant and polite other guests sharing.

Wednesbury Road is busy and noisy, but checking the listing and location prior to booking, this was not a suprise. Just be aware if you have mobility issues that the bedroom and facilities are on the first floor.

The room was ok noisy people in the next door room and bed bugs and traffic noise

No much to like about the property I left at midnight due to noise and bed bugs
