The master room and toilet are big enough and comfortable.

TV cant function, no wifi, parking is small, bed sheet not clean, found ants around the room. Utensils not clean also. The table was so small, not enough space to eat if more than 3 ppls. And, the host/owner no response when i whatsapp for inquiries.

The distance is convenient

Disappointing Homestay Experience – Not Recommended I recently stayed at here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, things did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the place was a major issue. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust and stains visible on the furniture and bed sheets. The bathroom had a bad odor, and it was clear that proper maintenance was lacking. Secondly, the facilities were poorly maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The Wi-Fi connection was either extremely slow or not working at all. Additionally, some of the promised amenities were missing or not functional. Customer service was another disappointment. The host was unresponsive to our concerns, and when we reached out for assistance, the response was either delayed or dismissive. It felt like our complaints were not taken seriously. Overall, I would not recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. For the price paid, the experience was highly disappointing. There are much better alternatives available for the same price or even less. Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)

Opposite the homestay is Aeon Shopping mall and have few shoplots restaurant to choose very convenient by walking distance

Got mouldy smell, leaking everywhere, a lot of dust, washroom also very wet not clean, those bedsheets and sofa have dirt mark, cabinet drawer have a lot of dust, Aircond also dusty seems like lo g time did not service at all, aircond remove control no battery how to control?

One room ceiling has mould. Basin leaking. Ants crawling in bedroom. Bathroom v dirty. Living room not enough seating and wall papers falling. Host didn't take calls. Waited long time to get cleaner but they didn't clean

Only the size is nice.

The stay not like in the picture. The towel and bedsheet smelly and too dirty. Water pressure is so low. Have mould inside the room. The basic facility is poor.
