i would suggest to improve on the key collection. we prefer to have an update on at least the time (prior the check in time) to share with us the details regarding the key collection. we have to push/ check few times before to get a confirmation. as a guest, we would think is unsecure and anxiety if the info is sharing at the very last minutes. host can at least update guest that they will share the details by what times if they worry guest will check in earlier to provide an assurance.

We got the ground floor but it’s literally different from the picture. The property has a mouldy smell and ceiling is moulded . Cleanliness is terrible, toilet is dirty, bedroom is dusty. The host is not responsive, provided many contact number but no one reply to the whatsapp and call. We decided to move out after we checked in and found out the environment was not good.
