I like the location because it is very close to family and nice and quiet.

Missing a mirror in the room and most of all missing a bedside lamp!!

Clean comfortable, quiet and mostly warm

The mattress was old and sagging in the middle. The windows in the room and communal bathroom didn't close properly. There was no bedside light, or any way to switch the lights from bed. The fridge in the room was very noisy

"Was clean but room is outdated maybe upgrade the room and charge more"

The floor in the bedroom needs fixing as there are dents and when you walk across the room it makes a lot of noise which isn’t good for the residents below
