Shockinly ran place and horrible staff. Booked a room thinking it was going to be professional, turned up at the place and there was no one to recieve and the house was locked. Called them and they said keep waiting and we will send someoen. Than they sent me codes for the door. The door accidently locked and the keys were inside. None of this info was provided. Asked if there was a back up key. They said wait 30 minutes and someoen might come. Bear in mind this is 1AM. Someone came after ages and than said he got the wrong key. He left whilst I was still standing outside in a t shirt. He than came back and opened the door. How can someone ran a place this poorly? I was only there for a few hours just to rest. I could have gone home but I thought it wasn’t safe so I ended up stayin the night. I spent 6 hours there of which two hours was waiting outside. I should be getting a refund

The room is spacious.

The shower water temperature is not stable. Always cold. You have to wait for a long time for the warm water. Or when you have a shower the water suddenly turned to cold, then you have to wait for a long time again. I contacted the staff about this on booking, but no reply. When people upstairs walked on the floor, the floor made a lot of noise. The cutlery are quite oily and dirty. The press button of the shampoo container doesn't work.

Shower got cold after a few minutes, toilet was down the hall and very small.

The place was filthy smelled bad blood on the room door walls full of stains black mould around the bathtub window was broken so you couldn't close it the shower curtain was inadequate you had 2 choices pull the curtain to stop the water going on the floor and so then the people on the street can see you showering i left the place after an hour

GOOD FACILITY FOR A WORKING PERSON, COMPACT, WARM, CLEAN SHARED BATHROOM, REALLY HOT WATER, THE STAFF WERE FAULTLESS, THANK YOU ONE AND ALL.

FLOORING COULD DO WITH AN UPGRADE.

Communication was good and the property fairly priced. There was a shower cubicle, basin, microwave and crockery in the room. Room was clean and comfortable enough.

Main door is not a yale lock, so users must remember to lock it, and room lock is only active on the outside, so you cannot lock your door. One shared toilet. Room needed a door bolt and mirror.

Anyways nice hotel with self check-in best thing is restaurant and convince store is just opposite side of the road
