Sleep And Fly Rome Airport

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large with a good shower. It was located 7 minutes from the airport and provided parking. Luca was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was provided with many choices for a continental breakfast.

Luca è un host eccezionale, gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il soggiorno a Fiumicino! Il servizio navetta fornito dalla struttura è comodissimo e funzionale: cercano sempre di venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Il bnb è in un contesto ameno e tranquillo, con un bel panorama dalla finestra e un grazioso giardino dove si può fare colazione. Letti comodissimi, ottimi per rilassarsi prima di un volo intercontinentale!

Convenience of location, efficiency and helpfulness of Luca in running the shuttle and providing information about the area.

Could use some refreshing - like a deep clean and perhaps a paint job (especially in common areas and outdoors). Property seems a bit neglected and is in a very busy high traffic area.

We had a fantastic short stay. Luca was exceptionally helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The room was large, spacious, and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Very nice location for a connection over night at the airport, either take a free shuttle, which is about every 30 minutes, or call Luca for shuttle service.
