This is a very clean, comfortable and well run small hotel, perfect for an overnight stay before flying from the Rome airport. It offers direct airport shuttle service. Luca is very helpful and attentive which I greatly appreciated as an older female solo traveler.

"Exceptional"

Luca was a great host and he made THE BEST coffee! He was friendly, efficient and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He let us check bags early, picked us up after returning our rental car, and took us to the airport the next day. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was pleasantly contemporary.

"Great spot to spend a night near the airport"

Close to the airport, very clean and updated room with a large bathroom and shower. Complimentary breakfast was great. Our host Luca was so friendly and accommodating with everything, including the shuttle rides to and from the airport. He gave us great recommendations for dinner just a 5-10 minute walk along the river in town.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff (Luca) was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect near the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay before and after the flight !

"Dopo un lungo viaggio sentirsi davvero a casa!!!"

Accoglienza favolosa da parte del proprietario Luca fin dall'arrivo in aeroporto, ci ha accolto benissimo tornando dal viaggio di nozze in Giappone. Luca ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo ospiti da un amico di lunga data. Camera di ottime dimensioni, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Colazione giusta con caffè e cappuccini preparati sul momento da Luca. Lo consigliamo senza riserve se intendente soggiornare presso la struttura in vicinanza dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino.

Well organized small boutique property, Luca not only manages the property but also took on the role of our private concierge service. He was very helpful and advised us on anything we needed during our stay … anything from restaurant recommendations to airport tips and tricks. Will be back … highly recommended!
