A very comfortable and clean house, very much a home away from home. Incredible views across the bay towards Auckland and you can't get much more beachfront! The hosts very much care about making sure everything is perfect for their guests and that all pertinent information is provided.

There are limited cooking or clothes washing facilities, which is fine for a short stay but may not be ideal for a longer stay.

"I’d love to own this! Fabulous location - so much potential"

Wonderful location leading directly onto the beach with a big patio with comfortable seating to enjoy the views and the sun. Clarks Beach is a quiet and beautiful area with a great golf course. Apartment is smart, modern and comfortable with direct water views from picture windows in all living rooms.

There are no quality restaurants in Clarks Beach - the nearest is some 30 mins drive so a hire car is essential. The lack of a proper kitchen does restrict options and our stay of four nights made this a challenge. Improvement in this aspect would make this booking a 5-star certainty.
