Η τοποθεσία ηταν εξαιρετική. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο.

Οι διακόπτες των φώτων δεν λειτουργούσαν σωστά. Το φως στο μπάνιο άναβε από έναν διακόπτη που ήταν δύσκολο να εντοπιστεί. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε έντονη δυσοσμία στο μπάνιο προερχόμενη από την αποχέτευση.
