GBBeautiful location. Run by an amazing couple. Very welcoming. Warm friendly. All their staff were lovely and the food was fresh home cooked by the owner . I totally recommend and would most definitely go again
GBCouldn't recommend it enough! Rooms were cosy and comfortable, lovely facilities and the breakfast was amazing! The staff made us feel so welcome and the evening entertainment was fantastic! Location was ideal for lots of attractions and they also have a campsite too! Will definitely be returning.

GBWonderful Peak District location. Lovely room with good heating system and powerful shower in the bathroom. We had dinner there one night, were given a good table, food and service very good.
It took a while for staff to acknowledge our presence when booking in. There were no comfortable chairs in the bedroom - seating only on bed. Shower was over a high-sided bath with no slip mat or grab handles.
GBGreat hands-on proprietors who create a welcoming atmosphere, serve delicious, hot, home cooked food. We had a delightfully furnished room called Sycamore with the most comfortable bed.
Road noise from 5.30/6.00 in the morning as not used to it.

Sadly there was loud music on both nights until late, directly below our room, which there was no information about when booking. We would have preferred a quiet room where we could relax. The staff informed us of this on the day, but it was too late to do anything it. Information on the booking site would have been appreciated.
