Couldnât get a coffee in the evening and asked for some fresh milk so I could make one in my room and was told it wasnât possible but to use the uht carton in my room. Breakfast was stated as starting at 8.30 but itâs 9am.

It was almost impossible to find it - booking and google maps were showing different location.
GBLoved the style and decor. Received a hugely warm welcome on arrival and was looked after by friendly helpful staff throughout. The food was very good.
Noise levels from the room below were not acceptable. Better sound proofing was needed. We could even hear their kettle boiling. Coupled with inconsiderate guests below us, this wasn't ideal.
