GBQuiet location about 15 mins walk from the main city. Great facilities including everything you need for home cooking. Wine and chocolates on arrival was very thoughtful and the host was great.
Sofa bed was tricky to sort out and having the max occupancy of 6 only really worked for a group like ours that will just sleep anywhere!
GBThe property ticked all our boxes for our trip to York. The location was perfect for walking to many of our favourite activities. Julie was a fantastic host, showed us around the property which was clean & warm. The bottle if wine and box of chocolates was a lovely gesture and a lovely touch.
GBLots of space. Whole place was beautiful and clean. So well thought out, gas everything you need, even hairdryer and straighteners if you forget yours. Kitchen so well stocked. Lovely to find milk, wine and chocolates. House was so clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

GBThe property is very warm and comfortable for a winter stay. All the rooms are spacious and the needs of guests have been well thought out in designing them. Host was welcoming.
We have no complaints about the property, just an FYI for visitors with small children or mild mobility challenges that the stairs are quite steep and tricky.
