Plentiful, good quality kitchen equipment and all basics like tea, coffee, condiments provided - really helpful for a short stay. GBEnough space for the 5 of us, great location and the parking was a bonus. Communication from the owner and the offer of arriving early and parking the car up and leaving it after we'd checked out was welcome.

GBIt was very spacious, light, warm, welcoming. Practical - 3 toilets, space for everyone, well equipped kitchen and off street parking all a plus. It was very well kept and the greeting from the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Overall just a great place for a family.
Being picky - a king or super-king bed in the master bedroom would have topped off an already amazing house. Unfortunately we found that the internet was not reliable though-out the property. As we were there to mainly explore York we managed, so again didn't detract from a great house.

GBOur host Julie gave us a complete tour around the house and during our stay was very responsive . House had all the kitchenware we needed to cook our own food and everything was very clean. All beds were comfy with clean sheets with extra ones in the cupboard. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
GBGreat location only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The property is really spacious, comfortably warm and with everything you want in the kitchen. There is a huge amount of space so its easy to stay as a family without feeling we were too crowded in. Off-street parking was really handy as well, although you do need to be good at reversing to get in (and then out again) safely.
The only "complaint" was that the wifi didn't reach consistently through the entire property. But that was a minor point only.
