Very cosy, really nicely furnished.

The old dairy was beautiful and the fire was a lovely touch, Phil was lovely! Also loved their little cat who was very friendly!

It could get a little cold and you have to contact the hosts to change the temperature. Not a major issue but not ideal in winter.

Comfortable sofa and beds and plenty of space. Well laid out and equipped kitchen.

We loved the space, it was bright and airy! The log burner was an amazing touch which added cosiness to the property. It was beautifully laid out and looks like a charming property inside and out.

The phone signal was non existent, however that wasn’t such a bad thing it can’t be helped sometimes. The internet was quite slow I only say this as if bringing a PlayStation or a media stick then it’s not quite strong enough to stream. But again this is a non issue as they have a great range of DVD’s to watch.

Beautiful accommodation...warm and cosy and finished to a high standard. Loved the log burner. Everything was as described. Location ideal for exploring...unfortunately the weather stopped us from doing this. Nonetheless, a beautiful area, lots of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops on your doorstep. Will definitely be coming back again!

The place was lovely, nicely furnished and huge for the 4 of us, water and heating worked well and the kitchen was fully stocked. Lovely walks around the area and Philip was so accommodating, even driving us into town.

There were no toiletries available and as the town was more than an hours walk away, was very challenging. The cottage is quite remote, though this will be no issue if you have a car and are used to dark country roads.
