Gairloch Hotel 'A Bespoke Hotel'

Poor TV signal only had access to youtube. Netflix was advertised on the tv but you had to submit your own log in details. No normal tv stations. There was no vent working in the bathroom so after a hot shower it took a while for the bathroom to clear up

Location was good for us bed was comfortable View amazing

Not being informed that we had to run water for at least twenty minutes before shower was hot.

Sound separation between room and corridor not great (cold hear lots of banging of doors and people walking by)

Very friendly reception, property has a beach in front, good restaurant and live music, very clean and cozy rooms, with chic interior. Upon arrival, a live bagpipes player made the stay magical.

The room was very compact, but comfortable and had been newly refurbished (not like the corridors and public areas, which were still dated and worn). Very close to the beach, which is just across the road.

Nothing negative
