It was a great, relaxing family time, where we had everything that we needed in place. The pool area was excellent, clean and quiet - everything looked brand new. The apartment was very spacious with a huge terrace and great views of the city and the coast - also very clean and well equipped. Location is nice with single family houses in the area and grocery stores within the walking distance. City center is less than 10 min. drive away. The host was very professional and helpfull through the entire stay. We would definitely come back if we visit Zadar again.

Stanko est un hôte très aimable, soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. L appartement est super bien équipé ( machine à laver, lave-vaisselle,...) et très propre. La piscine est bien entretenue et calme. 10 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville. Malgré les travaux dans la rue, nous n avons pas été trop impactés Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.

La climatisation dans la chambre aurait été un plus, mais grâce aux volets, nous arrivions à maintenir la température pas trop élevée.

Ubytovanie a bolo super všetko čo tam malo byť tam bolo a ako bonus vonkajší bazén ten bol perfektný. Domáci boli veľmi príjemný 🙂.A ešte tam bol úplný pokoj takže oddychnuty sme parádne 👌🙂

No za mňa bolo všetko super akurát tam robili cestu ale zato samozrejme domáci nemôžu ale v podstate ani to mi nevadilo.

Ons appartement was zeer mooi met een groot balkon. Stanko is een hele lieve en behulpzame gastheer. Wij hebben erg genoten van onze vakantie hier!

Stanko was super friendly and helpful, making us feel very comfortable. The rooms are great value for money and the heated pool is great.

Property was perfect,just what we were looking for. The property is exceptionally clean and extremely well maintained. We had a wonderful view of the city. Stanko, the owner, takes immense pride in his property, and it shows. He was extremely helpful, and nothing was a problem. It is around a 40-minute walk to the centre. We knew this when we booked, but we wanted the luxury of having access to a swimming pool. You can walk to a local bus stop in 10 mins and it is a 5 minute trip into town. Uber is available, and the average price 1 way is between 4-6 euros.
