Apartment Alex 1

We had a fantastic time staying at Alex Apartment. Stanko was a brilliant host and very helpful and accommodated for our every need. The apartment was luxurious and very spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful, a very panoramic view. I would definitely recommend staying here. Akvile and Patrick

The property was very clean and appealing to the eye. The pool facilities were immaculate and our host Stanko was exceptional. He was very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and I will be 100% staying here upon my return to Zadar

I'll start with the apartment. immaculately clean with everything we needed. Couple of beers in the fridge, full bowl of fruit and home made olive oil. Comfy bed and very spacious. Slopping ceiling but you get used to them after the 10th time knocking your head. The pool was heated and the grounds immaculate. Plenty parking spaces to. The owner was welcoming, friendly and polite. He even noticed I had a birthday the day after I arrived and bought me a bottle of wine and a card. I will definitely return thanks to him. Whenever we saw him he was chatty and friendly but leaves you to enjoy your time. We had an amazing time.

Host lives on property

This place was lovely, spacious and very clean. The views from the balcony were amazing especially for sunset.

Stanko is a great host, always on hand and replied to messages promptly! The apartment was fantastic, had great self catering facilities, the room had AC, instant hot water, great water pressure in the shower, hooks on the doors (not many places get that little detail), nice balcony over looking the city. The pool area is perfect and a great spot to relax in the sun. Pleasant walk in to town, and around €6 to taxi back. Nearby supermarket (12min walk) and an even closer bakery which was good. Its not often we stay at places and would return but i would 100% stay at Apartment Alex 1 again. Thanks for having us Stanko :)

Stanko and Alex are excellent hosts and the property is outstanding. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The attention to detail in the apartment really made a difference ad Stanko and Alex were always approachable when we needed anything or had questions. The pool is lovely and the BBQ is without doubt the best we'd ever barbecued on! Highly recommend Apartment Alex 1 and the beautiful places that can be explored in the area.

Really well appointed apartment, met by our super informative host who allowed us to check in early after getting off our flight, our apartment had beautiful views and we often had the gorgeous pool to ourselves as it only serves the few apartments at the property. We couldn't fault the accommodation, We didn't want to leave!

About a 35 minute walk from zadar Old Town, although we knew this before going. Only an issue as we went in a heat wave so the walk down was tough going. Ubers very readily available though and could get around easily that way.

The studio apartment was perfect for us for our week stay in Zadar. I must stress that to see Zadar and the region you should have a car, also because the property is a couple of km from the old city centre. We loved the pool and garden area. The apartment was well equipped and the aircon worked well. The WIFI was also great. Staff and host were very helpful . Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nothing at all , everything was perfect

The house was really clean, and also the pool ! Stanko leave for us in the room some beach towels and also offer us some olive oil and lavender ! The house was fully equipped. A super nice stay !
