"Mal servicio de un encargado "

al final se quedó una persona extra y llegó un encargado y dijo que no podía estar en la habitación. altas horas de la noche. le dije que pagaría su costo extra pero se negó a aceptarlo y quería sacarla del hotel en ese momento. se me hizo un pésimo criterio, al final me enteré que sí se podía pagar una persona extra.

Lobby in front of room in a small area, you can here what is going on there and garage door under the room, open several times at night or early in the morning while trying to rest, really noise, room really nice, no a/c available

"Importante limpieza"

Muy bien la atención muy buena solo si el personal de limpieza debería hacerlo mejor ya q solo se vio como q te dieron la cama pero no cambiaron sábanas y la limpieza por encimita porque ni movieron muebles pero en general bien, creo q la limpieza es muy importante
