New Town Rooms

I found the place incredible, everything very well organized, every detail very well thought out for the guest's comfort, I only have praise.

We choose this for one night and didn't expect much because of the price and the information about no windows and shared toilets. How ever this stay was very comfortable and we felt very welcome even tho there is no people working here. The room was cozier and better then excepted. We could hear other people just so much as we knew they existed but no one was annoying or loud, and we didn't see anyone else. Toilet was always empty and no waiting time. Clean rooms and facility's. Definitely worth and we are very happy with our stay!

Clean and answer questions in time, the kitchen is pretty good.

All the rooms are underground, B2, result in a wet and cold environment. Although the temperature outside is around 20, I have to wear my winter clothes to sleep to keep warm.

Great communication from Josh - I arrived after midnight due to a late train and it was very straightforward finding my key and room etc. Clean, functional and ideal for what I needed. Lots of thought gone into what would be helpful - hangers, tower fan, adaptor with USB ports, extension cable.

It felt expensive for what it was however it is central Edinburgh in June so I think that’s to be expected.

Jack a été tres sympathique et disponible. Le lieu est relativement bien situé, nous ayant permis de visiter la ville à pied (avec tout de meme un peu de marche). Des plans de la ville et du tramway sont mis à disposition. La chambre est petite mais confortable.

Il n’y a pas de quoi cuisiner mais un micro-ondes et de la vaisselle sont disponibles comme cela est visible sur les photos L’evacuation de la douche est mauvaise et donc l’eau deborde L’accès à la douche est assez bas, il faut faire attention à ne pas se cogner la tête.

Pretty central and just around the corner to the Royal Botanical Garden which was where I wanted to visit The room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable

It was a bit dated

Ideal location and the room was perfect as a solo traveller. Everything you need for a stay and a very good price. Will be staying again if in Edinburgh

Access instructions were easy. Facilities were clean and tidy.

Room temperature was an issue. Room was cold. Seemed like the heating wasn't on. Radiator didnt particularly great

Me gustó las instalaciones muy cómodas, era pequeña la habitación pero muy acogedora y limpia con ducha propia, a pesar que el sanitario era compartido siempre estaba impecable, al anfitrión no lo conocí en persona se llama Jack pero por correo electrónico muy atento a todo, si regresó a Edimburgo será muy buena opción
