It's a super cute little bedroom nook with its own sink and shower stall. My bedroom was right next to the half bath. The room was very clean and nicely made up. The little kitchenette and dining area was cute as well. It is also within walking distance to local bars, restaurants and Princes's St. The owner / manager answered calls promptly and was very helpful.

Just be advised, the facility is not handicap accessible. You have to go down a number of steps to the front door and then down a flight of very narrow stairs to get to your rooms in the basement. Also, the air was a a bit damp as there are no windows however, there is constant air circulating as well as other devices to provide decent air quality. I tried hanging up a few pieces of clothing to dry after being washed and they were as wet as the night before. Due to the size of the room, the shower stall is rather small and the water is a bit slow to drain so, do not turn the water pressure up very high when you turn on the shower. Having said that though, it's such a convenience to have your own little studio type bedroom with its own shower and sink. Also, for the location and convenience, you couldn't ask for a better value at a better price.

The place is nice and in the center of the city. Has kitchen and it’s very useful if tou are on a budget.

The fact that I coudn’t sleep. I had the room next to the bathroom and oH… god. You can hear all the sounds. I’m not a light sleepr but even so, I could hear everything. So if you need a good noght rest pic another place or try to get a room as far from the batrhroom as posible. Mine was the aqward shape room.

Location was perfect for my needs as close to work. The room as clean and the shower was good.

I found the bed was really uncomfortable.
