1. They hide many charges. Not showing the real charge. Other company just add tax charges/ tourist tax, but here was more than that. 2. No air conditioning at guestroom. Quite hot. 3. No any space to hanging the clothes as 3-4 person staying in the only one room. Only the tiny space designated outside the room. 4. Not really ready. The first we come, air conditional remote was out of battery. 5. If there any lacking, the owner should be responsible, the first I ask about battery for air-cond remote, they ask me to go by myself to the receptionist at the ground floor another building. 6. Scren TV provided. However its only some videos movie has been saved in the usb. No any channel TV can be watch. 7. The sticker reminder inside the room to not eat or drinking inside bedroom otherwise deposit will be burn. Its good reminder, however I feel some distracted & unease like in the school. 8. The ways how the owner replies me. 9. Toilet hub is too noisy for each time we use. May repair for next visitor. 10. Not really provided as described in the advertisement such as drinking water bottle & chocolate. Its only RM 3-4 price to comfort and heart warming your guest. Shampoo also stated but they provide soap. I ask shampoo, they gave me 1 liter bottle of soap. However. Good service.
