l'appartement était degeulasse, les draps avaeient une odeur j'ai failli vomir. J'AI DÛ PARTIR ALORS QUE J'AVAIS PAYÉ

À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté avec déception que le logement était dans un état inacceptable : Le ménage n’avait pas été fait ; Le lit n’était pas fait ; Il y avait des miettes sur le canapé ; Des traces visibles de saleté dans le logement ; Le réfrigérateur contenait encore des bouteilles à moitié pleines et n’avait pas été vidé. La personne en charge du logement m’a simplement demandé si cela ne me dérangeait pas que le ménage n’ait pas été fait, sans me proposer de solution rapide. Étant donné la situation et l’insalubrité du lieu, je n’ai pas pu rester. J’ai quitté le logement immédiatement et j’ai été contraint de chercher un hôtel dans l’urgence. Je considère que le logement fourni était totalement non conforme à l’annonce et inadapté à la location. C’est honteux

First, when I handed in the key, I had to wait in the street for more than three hours. Second, the apartment was unclean and dirty. The air conditioner was not working and made a loud noise. There was no bed cover. The person in charge of the apartment was rude and did not fix the apartment's faults. I was not happy on my vacation.

Nothing

The apartment was ideal, clean, working kitchen, great shower and the furniture and fittings were of decent quality. Also I was impressed at the efficient security personnel posted at the main entrances.

My only negative was a big one as I chose the apartment primarily for the pool and it's area. Unfortunately the pool has no water in it and the whole area is akin to a builders yard with materials and debris everywhere. It really knocked me aback!!
