Dirty apartment No bed duvet or quilt Dirty laundry left inside washing machine I had to wash and clean the apartment on arrival. I had to wait for 2 hours (from 2pm to 4pm) before i was sent the code to enter Terrible apartment Terrible host. Host never turned up. Had to walk back with luggage to train station to be able to buy a sim card to call the host multiple times but he never turned up. Wifi was another battle. No wifi on arrival. Had to complain again before it was events switched on. I contacted booking.com by email (multiple times ) to complain but all that booking.com was able to say is to contact the property! Booking.com and the host for this property made my check in like hell and wasted a full day of my holiday trying to get a hold of someone and buying cleaning products and bed covers and a duvet to clean the apartment on behalf of the host. Absolutely terrible.

I think this apartment deserves better reviews than what it has. We liked the apartment very much. The bed was very comfortable. Great area in Guiliz. I would definitely recommend! We would love to come back if only the staff would be a little more helpful.

The Wi-Fi was not working, which basically was not a problem, if someone give us a heads up. The staff was not very helpful unfortunately. If you are a couple they need the marriage certificate. No one informed us of this, so it created unnecessary problems for us during check-in.
