Sibsan Resort & Spa Maetaeng Chiang Mai

המקום הכי יפה ומיוחד שראיתי בחיי ממש קסום, הבריכה מושלמת מים טבעיים. החדרים ברמה גבוה, אבל ניכר שהמתקנים במקום בהזנחה. ממש להיות באמצע הג'ונגל בטבע, הגנים והמקום מאוד מטופחים ומוקפדים, כל פינה שם היא כמו ציור. אבל זה מקום מאוד מבודד חייבים להגיע עם רכב, אנחנו טיילנו ברגל מסביב המון וגילנו המון מסעדות מקומיות שוות, אבל הלכנו הרבה.

המקום מאוד מבודד ואי אפשר להתנייד שם בכלל יש רק מסעדה אחת במחירים קצת גבוהים צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het diner van goede kwaliteit en de omgeving is heel mooi.

Het gehele resort is flink verouderd. De opzet is mooi en luxe maar flink aan onderhoud toe. Jammer. Het beddengoed had vlekken, en t ontbijt was minimaal.

It’s about an hour from Chiang Mai international airport. The hotel is located very close to all the outdoor activities. We visited several elephant sanctuaries, ATVs, zip line, white water rafting etc. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff did all the way to help us, such as remembering what we like for food and drinks making our stay so welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Unfortunately the swimming pool needs more maintenance - cleaning the wall of pool. Hopefully they will have more guests so they can perform more regular maintenance of the facility. Having so many villas and fantastic outdoor activities nearby, I think this place is perfect for the school trip. They may want to promote themselves to the international schools in neighbouring countries like Singapore.

Amazing!!!! OMG. Luxurious individual cabins in the midst of a highly cultivated tropical garden and pool. Amazing staff. Great food. I want to live there.

Nothing. It’s perfect. If you find something to complain about at this place you have a contentment problem! lol :-)

The grounds and the room are wonderful. There is a lot to see and the staff and local residents were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area and hotel grounds looked like a lush jungle. The hotel, including the entrance and dining area was amazing. The hotel is located a short 5 minute ride from the elephant Sanctuary and the hotel provided transportation to and from the sanctuary.

The hotel was located over an hour away from the city.

A fantastic retreat by the river, about an hour from Chiang Mai. Various bungalows with garden or river views—we chose one by the river with a shared pool, offering a peaceful stay. The large main pool by the restaurant has never been crowded either. Breakfast is well-arranged with local, Asian, and Western options, and the restaurant is great for all meals. Best of all, it’s close to elephant camps for walking, bathing, and riding—highly recommended

Lovely room with nice outside space. Nice walk to the swimming pool and dining area and the restaurant building was really elegant with a beautifully lit view and the reception area was very attractive too. Breakfast was good and the two dinners we had were high quality. I hope the resort will be able to encourage more people - I know the flooding in the area in October meant they had to cancel bookings. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

When we arrived there was a bad smell perhaps due to plumbing issues, but this disappeared quite quickly. No issues otherwise, everything was immaculate

Resorts like this have a place in the market but this is not the place. I don’t think it’s great value for money at the moment, perhaps when it’s flood damage is repaired and it’s operating back at full strength. Staff are great and the pool is lovely.

Proximity to elephant camps. Included breakfast very good.

Lunch and dinner menus the same and mediocre.
