Sibsan Resort & Spa Maetaeng Chiang Mai

Where can I start! This place was an absolute hidden GEM! I liked its location, in the middle of nature, Elephant reserves, and parks. The staff welcomed us whenever we crossed paths. Very helpful and friendly! They upgraded our room to a better one near the river (Big Thank You!!) I also loved its facilities, it has a functional gym, a spa, a panoramic view, a lovely café and wonderful restaurant, the host at that place was amazing! He cared for all our needs and went above and beyond to satisfy us. We truly appreciated his effort and kind gestures. The room was very clean, and very well maintained. Very spacious and well lit. The bathroom was also spacious, and had a hot tub, not just a standing shower box. We didn't face any problems during our stay.

I wish the café didn't close so early.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir hatten am ersten Tag einen etwas holprigen Start weil ich einfach über 1,5 Stunden aufs Essen warten musste. Die Küche war wohl mit den ausgebuchten Tischen etwas überfordert. Die Küche ist leider sehr Fleischlastig und die vegetarisch/veganen Gerichte fast preisgleich zu den Fleischgerichten was ich etwas überteuert finde, da die Portionen auch klein ausfallen. Aber sonst gabs nichts zu meckern. Eher jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Essen etwas überteuert. Auf dem Gelände abseits von den Villen einige Erdaushübe mit Müllsäcken (Deponie) Denke das es zum Hotel gehört. Aber kann es nicht bestätigen da ich nicht nachgefragt habe.

Tolles, ruhig gelegenes Resort rund eine Fahrstunde (60 km) ausserhalb der pulsierenden Stadt Chiang Mai. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber immer noch einen 5-Sterne-Komfort in super-grüner Umgebung direkt am Fluss. Dazu gibt es in der Umgebung mehrere Elefanten-Camps.

Établissement un peu vieillissant,et piscine très grande mais aussi très froide. Petit déjeuner un peu simple.

Es uno de los hoteles más bonitos en los que he estado, somos cinco de familia y estuvimos alojados en tres pequeñas villas con piscina para nosotros, precioso y las piscinas espectaculares!

Creo que se podría mejorar un poco el desayuno al ser un hotel de esta categoría, más fruta y más opciones Tai serían de agradecer.

Great location for the elephant sanctuaries and for quad biking nearby. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant and cafe was delicious. Beautiful views from all around the resort. Very relaxing stay.

The beds were a little too hard for our liking.
