The location is beautiful, you are surrounded by the mountains and elephant sanctuaries. (Keep in mind that this hotel is quite remote and if you have no car is not possible to get to other places for eating as Grab doesn't reach this area). Staff was also very nice and helpful!

The pool might need a bit of maintenance ( there are several loose tiles and many leaves).

Beautiful hotel in the botanical garden place. Swimming pool more like lake than normal hotel pool. Tranquil atmosphere and so friendly staff. Good cuisine although a bit expensive.

Excellent location. If you rent a scooter or car many beautiful attractions are within close proximity not requiring having to use a tour bus or guide. The pool is beautiful. The resort has a quiet tranquility which is great after a day of exploring. The breakfast is very good with a variety of choices that change daily.

The fitness centre is in a beautiful location with a great view. However, the equipment is very old and not useful.

Spacious bungalow, well decorated nestled in a nice environment. All you need provided. Large hotel area to explore with bicycles. Huge pools.

Not wallet friendly. Food is expensive and on a small side portion. Pool could be cleaned (algae on the lights). No alternative food option nearby, not allowed to take the bicycle outside the resort. Transportation is expensive at the hotel and difficult to arrange by ourselves (no grab/bolt)
