Habitación céntrica de Lujo Gv 1

Collocazione buona rispetto al centro della città. Pulizia ottima, cucina bene attrezzata.

Camera su una via molto trafficata e rumorosa. Procedura di ingresso tramite link davvero macchinosa e poco pratica. Poca cura di alcuni particolari dell'arredamento (stipiti mancanti, maniglia della porta difettosa).

El apartamento era muy grande y todo estaba muy bien organizado en las áreas comunes.

Location. Only two bathrooms for 6 rooms I think but it was manageable. They were super quick to respond. The electronic doors can be a little bit challenging at first but it works just fine. They let us leave the luggage in a locker on the hallway before check-in and after check-out (but there was no key so we preferred to carry our valuables with us) .

There was a water leakage … but these things happen and they sent somebody to fix it the next day. The room was not super clean, I’m talking about the floor. Nothing critical, but I wouldn’t walk bare feet in the room.

The bathrooms and kitchen looked modern and there a lot of products to use there. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning. Communication with the accommodation went well despite the language barrier. They genuinely seemed shocked about our complaints and were open to talk about it.

Just like other people in the reviews I only found out after booking that we had to share the bathroom with 5 other rooms. On the first full day in Valencia, one of the other guests clogged the toilet, meaning we only had one other shared bathroom left. The issue was fixed only three days later. Hygiene is one of the most important things to me. Based on previews reviews I thought that despite the shared facilities, the accommodation would be clean. Well, we only saw a cleaner once. Before they cleaned, there were ants and hairs all over the only bathroom we could use. Also, at one point my friend used the rain shower head for a while and due to the design of the shower the water was all over the hallway. According to the accommodation this was all new information to them. They offered a partial refund I have yet to receive.

Nice modern apartment, great locality.

There were a few things that weren't right. 1. Someone (maybe the cleaner, maybe other guests) took our food from the fridge and when I wrote to the owner about it, I got no response. 2. Some of the equipment of the apartment was a little broken - for example, the molding in the room, but the worst thing was the lock in one of the bathrooms, which stuck easily and then it was not easy to get out of the room. 3. In room 1 we had, you can hear every noise from the street.

Location is quite perfect. Amenities are ok (2 bathrooms for 6 rooms, quite new), cooking is quite easy, even have prepared storage spaces for every of the 6 rooms. Terrace is nice, no view but a pleasant outdoors space.

It's very noisy, both from the street (rooms 1 and 2) and from the flat. But with earplugs I got ok sleep. The Key system is efficient, but do know you need a phone with battery and coverage at all times. Do not leave it in your room when you go to the bathroom !
