Location is great! Apartment very clean Nice beds Keyless entry worked great via app

We had not noticed when booking that this was a shared stay of 5 rooms with 2 bathrooms, but this is of course up to us, but it is good for the next person to know. Both bathrooms do not lock and can be opened from outside, which is not nice if you share a bathroom. Unfortunately, bathroom 1 became clogged and no longer usable, which was very annoying. Noisy environment with so many rooms.

Amazing location, cool futuristic system to access apartments without keys, terrace

It was not clear from the description that kitchen and bathroom is shared with 6 other guests. There is no light at the entrance, so you have to use flashlight to come in. There was ongoing very loud renovation next door, starting from 8am

The very large apartment with hotel style rooms was in a perfect location for central Valencia, and for access to the Green River Turia park. The apartment was beautifully designed and every last detail/need attended to. There was a very well equipped kitchen and the terrace for my breakfast was really super. I had a very relaxing stay.
