"Lovely stay in lovely accom in a good location."

Comfort and cleanliness. Kitchen well stocked. The host ‘checked in’ with us and also offered us early arrival and late checkout, which was a really nice touch

For an exceptionally well stocked kitchen, it would have been nice to have had more plates and cups than, literally enough for 4 people to have one each! It meant we had to keep washing up, rather than just load the dishwasher and put it on once.

"The most beautiful home from home!"

We stayed at Cybils retreat over Christmas as we were visiting family in Uppingham. The property was absolutely perfect, a home from home. We had an amazing time and there was everything we needed in the cottage, it is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and Emily was a perfect host!! We wanted to stay longer but I couldn’t get cover for the horses at home. I will be booking again definitely. Thank you Emily x

The only one thing that was disappointing was that the log burner couldn’t be used. The room was quite cold even with the heating high and it would have been a nice touch to use it.
