Large Flat with plenty of space for family of 5. The property manager was quick to respond to questions/concerns/ issues

The shower never really got hot- lukewarm at best

It is really big, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms and kitchen are new. Place is really clean and linens and towels are white, new and clean.

All walls and doors are white. Not a lot of decorations. Floor is beige tile, so it feels like a hospital a little bit. Did not invite to relax. There was no hand soap which is a little detail, but washing your hands with shampoo is weird and we ended up going out to buy a soap.

The apartment is conveniently located close to various eateries, groceries, a gelateria around the corner. It is walking distance to a lot of places of interest as indicated in the "Property Surroundings" list. It is also situated in a quiet neighborhood. A safe and secure parking lot is available within the premises. Check-in went so smoothly. Francesco provided the code of the lock box before we arrived as promised and even sent a video showing how we are to enter the premises. That was very much appreciated because we didn't have to search and wonder. The apartment was very clean and well equipped if you wanted to prepare meals at home. The rooms were huge and the air-conditioning functioned properly at all times. Wi-fi was also great. Francesco is a great host who is very attentive and responsive. We had told him that the bathrooms were draining too slowly and immediately, he made arrangements for a plumber to come and correct the problem. One suggestion is to provide more towel bars in the bathrooms so that there is ample room to hang the towels to dry. As an alternative, we used the clothes dryer (2 of which were provided) to hang the towels.

The only negative thing I can say is regarding the mosquitos. I believe this is more of a city problem. Francesco has done everything to mitigate the situation. All the rooms are screened and a rechargeable bug zapper is provided. If anything, zapping the mosquitos provided some exercise and entertainment. I would advice the guests to make sure to leave the doors to the rooms always closed so the mosquitos don't come in.

Amazing location - close to the center. Also easy to get too if you use the bus from airport to Syracusa. Apartment was clean and ACs fully functioning. Kitchen was also fully equipped.

Large bedrooms, new bathrooms and close to everything including a short walk to Ortigia. Great host who messaged to check all was well.

The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. The host is helpful and allowed us to check out later due to our late flight. Great location, easy walking distance to everything.

As travellers it would be great to have some body wash and shampoo.
