Ideal location, cleanliness of the apartment

The space is open, clean, well decorated and very welcoming. The location is brilliant, just outside the town centre but still very peaceful. The hosts are very warm and welcoming and the information pack had everything needed.

Very nice and spaceful loft almost in the city centre. Design is very stylish. Also you can rent garage for 15 eur/day

Maybe a little bit cold here, but you can use AC to warm up. Also more lights from outside would be perfect.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, the place was clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The garage was a bit small for our (quite big) car, but because it's located in a private place it was still secure. Location close to the centre with supermarkets about 10 minutes from OpenSpaceMonti82. Como is also such a nice town in and of itself, so would absolutely recommend visiting this place!

The only thing we noticed is that the dining table is a bit too small for 5 people, and even for 4 it's quite cramped.

Amazing place, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Big open space, modern look and great location from downtown. Rita is very kind and helpful. Great equipment in the kitchen that makes it more comfortable. Parking place available.

Heating radiator stop working after the first night but you can use A/C to warm up the place. Pillows were a bit hard compared to what I'm used to.

The host was very welcoming and polite. Responds immediately to messages and very helpfull. Location was good just a short walk from the center.

The property is nice, clean and very spacious. It looks exactly how it’s presented in the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, nice and updated bathroom. Beds and linens were good quality. AC system runs efficiently and our host was extremely accommodating. Located in safe neighborhood.

A little far away from the train station. No iron and washing machine.
