Everything! Proximity to the city center, easy to access, spacious and luminous. Very quiet, sun blocking drapes and super comfy bed. Easy to make it warmer. Fully equipped kitchen. Corner for kid.

"Beautiful apartment with immediate access to everything Como has to offer."

The apartment was lovely. Very spacious and perfect for what we wanted. The location is ideal, 10 minute walk down to the lake. Rita was on hand for everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable and easy. She also offered great additional information when we asked for it - Fantastic host. Highly recommend renting this apartment for your stay in Como, we loved it.

Not one negative comment to be made.

"The pictures says it all!"

it is what you would really see in the picture. Rita -the owner is very accommodating and friendly. the place is inside a compound and it’s very quiet. 5-10 mins walking away from the city center. we also got a little welcome or birthday present from the owner! - a bottle of nice red wine, spaghetti noodles, tomato sauce and pastry - typical Italian! which I find really lovely!
