This property is a hidden gem ! Located only a few minutes walk to the metro, which is only two stops away to old town. ran by a couple that does an excellent job taken care of the property and guests. They do serve breakfast, which is yogurt with fruit and a second dish. We stayed here a total of eight nights (two different visits) and each day breakfast was a little different. Which was nice. I definitely recommend this place. We will be back. Ensure the pet the cat pico.

Nothing. For the shower ensure to use the left knob and run it for a few minutes and it will get hot. Actually so hot you will need to adjust it. The area does become very quiet after about 6pm-7pm. the neighborhood does change a bit with seeing more homeless. However, felt safe, insured that I was back to my stay by 8pm or 9pm. there are a few places to eat in the evening, but this is definitely an area that is more geared towards mornings and afternoons. It appears that locals transition out of this area to go home. Not a big deal.

Todo estuvo bien.

Lovely an helpful personel, nice and clean rooms. Our room was equipped with a heater which made it quite cosy. The prolonged our reservation in no time and allowed us to store our luggage for a week.

Bad neighborhood.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Zugang vom Innenhof, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bad mit heißer Dusche. Sehr nette Betreiber. Wäsche waschen war für nur 2 Dollar möglich. Nah zur Metro.

Die Lage ist ab Dämmerung schwierig, aber das gilt leider für weite Teile der Stadt.

Cosy room in central Quito. Nice patio. Very helpful hosts who stored part of our luggage while we went to Galapagos.

Lovely breakfast, different each day.

Inspite of being 2 taps and an extractor fan there was no hot water. Not pretty from the outside, but it is the inside that matters!
