Near moa

There's no proper explanation about house rules before entering the room and no towels prepared not complete also not posted inside the room to be able to know what is the do's and don't inside the room for additional information, thank you

No KEYS available for 24 hours AFTER ARRIVAL SO WE WERE STUCK IN THE APARTMENT UNTIL THE KEYS WERE DELIVERED THE “NEXT DAY” at 2 pm I had to visit Property Management to get keys to the apartment taking 24 hours. With bullshit excuses
