"Good location and accommodating service, but the facilities need improvement."

The agent was very accommodating even with our on-the-spot booking. We only waited around 30 minutes in the lobby. The unit itself and the CR were clean.

The kitchen items and utensils need improvement as they are already old. The rice cooker looked burned and not properly cleaned. The bedsheets seemed freshly washed but were not well arranged.

"Not good the at all"

The aircon is cool not the other place is Tay even though is quiet noisy

The bathroom is drainage is lag, the unit that I should avail is not available,I transfer to another unit , though I wait for the staff to arrive what a hustle, I want to have a smooth transaction but it doesn't go smoothly
